Plate Belt

Plate belt is a very strong and hard conveyor belt with high transportation capacity, commonly made of stainless steel, carbon steel or galvanised steel, driven by sprocket. Perforations are available for applications requiring drainage,ventilation, air or liquid through.

Plate belt is consisted of hinged slats or linked plates with crossing rods fixed on chains at two sides. The chains are finished by welded washer or cotter pins. 

Typical applications: 
1. food processing: transportation, heat treatment, cleaning, drying, cooling, freezing, filter, etc.
2. other industries: ceramics, glass, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceuticals, printing presswork, electronics, foundry, die-casting and forging, etc.
