Flat Flex Belt

Flat flex conveyor belt is one of the earliest conveyor belts used in the transportation industry, also known as chocolate belt or Z-shaped mesh belt. The structure is simple, which is made of single wires connected by bending. With a large proportion of openness holes, liquid and air can pass through the mesh easily, which is suitable for processing applications requiring enormous air and liquid through. Light belt weight, make its conveying efficiency much higher comparing with the other conveyor belts, suitable for food processing industry - heating, cooling, frying, baking, drying, enrobing, packaging, chocolate coating, frozen food, canned food, seafood, etc., in other industries such as electronic equipments, chemical machineries, general conveying machineries and special conveying machineries and others.

Flat flex belt is usually made of high elastic stainless steel wire and driven by stainless steel sprockets or nylon sprockets. The widths vary from 150mm to 6000mm. Special widths can be customized according to specific requirements. Single loop Edge(SLE) or double loops edge(DLE) structure, suitable for straight running or turn curve conveyors, followings are its main advantages.
