Compared with traditional spiral mesh belt, the advantages of self stacking belt are obvious - more larger throughput, more higher energy efficiency, smaller footprint, easier maintenance and replacement with lower cost. Heavy duty self stacking belt is usually made of food grade stainless steel 304 or 316, to fit customer’s existing stacker systems - OEM’s stacker systems / self stacking spirals. It is available in all standard belt widths, tier heights and mesh sizes. It can be spliced for sectional or complete belt replacements without any modification to drive systems. All parts - links, rods, mesh in food grade stainless steel, it is hygienic and safe for all of your product applications.
