With excellent spiral performance, KSD® Flat Wire Spiral Belt (also known as honeycomb belt) is a stainless steel spiral belt for food processing, engineered for reliable, high-tension performance in various industrial spiral and turning applications. Its center slotted pickets are precision punched from a kind of premium round edge stainless steel strips - smooth and burr free for easy clean-up. Side reinforcing bar links can reduce belt elongation and extend belt service life, the edge can be welded button or clinched.
Long slots allowing the inner side of the conveyor belt to retract during turns, while the outer side expands, ensuring precise tracking and control even at high speeds.
