Compared with traditional spiral conveyor belt, the advantages of revolutionary self stacking belt are obvious - more larger throughput, higher energy efficiency, smaller footprint, easier maintenance and replacement with lower cost. Standard duty self stacking belt is designed to fit customer’s existing stacker systems - OEM’s stacker systems, available in all standard belt widths, tier heights and mesh sizes, can be spliced for sectional or complete belt replacements without any modification to drive systems. All parts including links, rods, mesh are manufactured by superior food grade stainless steel - hygienic and durable, providing innovative solutions for your food processing applications.

Hygienic, Smooth and Burr-Free Finish

Electropolishing or passivation surface treatment makes the entire belt surface smooth and free of burrs, open mesh structure facilitates quick and easy cleaning and disinfection, either through automated Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems or manual cleaning, effectively prevent bacterial accumulation and food residue buildup.
